Department: Human Resource (Corporate office) West Delhi
Reporting: H.R Head
Role Summary/Purpose:
Execute HR General Activities such as staffing, training, benefits, corporate relations, campus hiring, engagement activities, manage internal communication, compliance programs, performance & potential management, mentoring volunteers and day-to-day HR operations.
Essential Responsibilities
• Recruitment and retention of talent
• Training & Development Management - Understanding Learning needs of individual employees and by clusters
• Administration of the Performance & Potential Evaluation System
• Implementing HR initiatives such as career & succession management, compensation Benchmarking, great place to work, employee engagement & employer branding, competency framework, organization behavior & development, HRIS etc
• Support to employees in any Human Resources need, such as vacations, recommendation letter, permissions, etc
• Elaborate and Communicate Organizational Announcements
• HR Reporting & Analytics - Analysis of H.R scorecard & interpretation of reports generated
Qualification & Competencies :
• Graduation , MBA(HR) would be preferred
• Preference would be given to candidates having experience in Training & Development, Performance & Potential Management
• Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
• Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Planning and organization skills
Compensation: Rs. 12,000 – Rs. 14,000 (Per month) depending on the overall profile
Selection & Placement Process :
Resume Screening, Telephonic discussion, Panel Interview, Final negotiation & orientation (One month of formal on-the-job training would be provided before placing the candidate into role)
