MANAGER COMMUNICATIONS


Department: Marketing

Reporting: Director Communication & Fund Raising

Base Location: Deepalaya HRC Centre (Janakpuri, West Delhi) [we are looking for candidate who is flexible enough in terms of location to lead the initiatives]

Responsibilities: Following are the broad roles & responsibilities of “Manager Communication” but not limited to

  • Publications – Conceptualize, Direct data collection, Coordinate design, and final content
  • Media – Maintain/Develop database, network and liaison with guide press releases, Strategize media appearance
  • Website/ Social media Marketing
  • Training and Leading staff members

Required Competencies:

We require the dedicated expertise of strategizing, revamping, internal & external communication and mentoring & leading the entire team

  • Experience in Development Communication
  • Good PR Skills
  • Sound English language
  • Tech Savvy and update with current media/ social media trends
  • Ability to work closely with team & be mentor, guide and support to staff
  • Good negotiation skills with outside linkages
  • Open to learning and to initiate after initial guidance


Qualification & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience managing communication & marketing department
  • Preference would be given to Post graduates in Mass Comm. / MBA from good institutes

Compensation: Up to Rs. 25,000 depending on the overall profile of candidate
